LuxBabies stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and terms for products purchased through our store.

1. Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage

All new products sold by LuxBabies come with the original manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty coverage includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Non-working components

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies by product category:

  • Nursery furniture (cribs, dressers, etc.): 1-2 years

  • Strollers & car seats: 1-3 years

  • Electronics (monitors, sound machines): 1 year

  • Soft goods (blankets, bedding): 6 months

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at luxbabies.shop@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name and serial number (if applicable)

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Photos/videos showing the defect

  2. Our support team will review your claim within 3-5 business days

  3. If approved, we will:

    • Replace the defective product, or

    • Provide repair instructions, or

    • Issue store credit/refund (at our discretion)

4. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Products without proof of purchase

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

5. European Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights beyond this warranty, including:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in most EU countries)

  • Right to repair or replacement for defective products

  • Right to price reduction or refund if repair/replacement isn't possible

6. Warranty Service for EU Customers

For customers in the European Union:

  • We will cover all shipping costs for warranty claims

  • You will receive a prepaid return label if needed

  • Replacement products will be shipped at our expense

7. Important Notes

  • Always register your product with the manufacturer when applicable

  • Keep your original receipt/invoice as proof of purchase

  • Warranty does not extend the statutory rights under EU consumer law

  • Some products may require direct manufacturer warranty service
